Jealousy by eriksnow

"Jealousy's a phantom,
Something that was never, ever meant to find me
[But now its pale green eyes have destroyed everything]"

My first typography experiment done in Photoshop. The lyrics are from the Sonata Arctica song "Dead Skin" and I left out the [bracketed] part because I don't feel it's appropriate to include. Anyone's eyes can do this to you, not just green eyed peoples.

PS: Yes, there's a few quirks, such as the not smooth phantom and ever gradients; I had to rasterize the type, magic wand select the black, delete, and then apply a gradient. Got a better idea? Let me know.
